Ms. Florence Chan（‘20）

陳碧霞女士於1996年加入剛成立的平等機會委員會，曾於不同的部門工作，包括處理投訴、為機構提供平等機會法例培訓。目前任職於委員會的機構傳訊科，協助宣傳推廣工作，以提高公眾對平等機會的認識。

Ms. Florence Chan joined the newly established Equal Opportunities Commission in 1996. She has worked in various departments, including handling complaints and providing training on organizations' equal opportunities legislation. Currently serving in the Corporate Communications Division of the Committee, she assists in publicity and promotion to raise public awareness of equal opportunities.
